You know that *requirement* that you bring your government-issued photo ID to the airport?  Well, here’s what I brought last Friday:

Can someone tell me why gym IDs are always made after you work out?

Oops.

What I learned?

1.  If you are missing that someone special in your life, leaving your GOV-ID at home is a great way to get to know someone, in the biblical sense.

2.  If you are not comfortable with public displays of affection, bring your GOV-ID.

3.  It is possible to make it through heightened alert security with only a cheap gym card and a really bad post-workout pic.

I’m sure you find all this information really comforting.

Once again, the real question is why I ever leave home at all without a crash helmet!

Ciao,

Pamelot
