Wow, the Houston Book Rave was exhausting. We made some good contacts, met some nice people (readers, bloggers, volunteers, and authors), and sold some good books! The Rave pulled in 55 authors, 50 staff, and 1000 readers. It was fun representing Houston Writers Guild with my peeps. All told, we comprised 20% of the nationwide crowd, which included some big names in Young and New Adult. Enjoy some pics:
