Boy, you can’t open your computer, read the news, or go out in public without being inundated with bad news. Seriously bad news. Hurricanes, mass murder, earthquakes. Personally, I find it all a little hard to process. The stress of taking on the entirety of the world’s bad news is more than we’re made to handle. How about you?

So in that spirit, I’m sharing good news today, while my heart worries about bad news.

  1. My author beta readers finished Stunner and it is off to my content editor! Pre-order available very soon! Release date January 1, 2018!
  2. Cover artist Heidi Dorey completed the Stunner cover, along with a funny #TeamPetey version.

3. We closed on the purchase of our new Snowheresville and rented out our other cabin pending putting it on the market next summer. (Email recipients will have to go out onto the website to view the video tour. Book your next author/artist/family retreat here!)

I’m at the Novelists, Inc. annual conference as I publish this, soaking in career/business information like a sponge.
