Camping rocked. Frontier Days was wonderful. Eric Church (and Chris Janson) were fantastic. And Jacksonville is . . . hot . . . and emotionally draining, but exactly where we need to be, doing exactly what we need to be doing. Getting old is rough. Memory issues suck. Our hearts break for Eric’s mom, at the same time as we are so thankful for the lovely place his brother found for her, where she is safe and treated with kindness, love, and respect.
Here are some highlights of the last week.
Camping: the days of many moose. (video embedded on website)
Frontier Days Rodeo (oh hail!)– favorite event was the wild horse race. Loved the VIP booth with old friends. (video embedded on website)
