“The author created appealing characters who displayed just enough sass to remove them from the realm of perfect romance characters.” –Vine Reviewer

“A clever idea is supported by a clear, witty and distinct voice, a clear sense of a narrative arc. I couldn’t help laughing out loud when I got to ““There’s a dead pig on the table, a dead guy in the driveway, and a legion of dead people dem ready to swim up through our cisterns into the house.” Seriously, in what way is this not going to be a fun read, in plot, character and narrative voice??? The sense of setting also works. I was convinced I knew which Caribbean island this was set on, and where the house is, and where the Pig Man is. I still am. Really.” –Vine Reviewer

“An exciting tale that combines twisting investigative and legal subplots with a character seeking redemption…an exhilarating mystery with a touch of voodoo.” – Midwest Book Review Bookwatch

“A lively romantic mystery that will likely leave readers eagerly awaiting a sequel.” – Kirkus Reviews

“A riveting drama with plenty of twists and turns for an exciting read, highly recommended.” – Small Press Bookwatch

“Katie is the first character I have absolutely fallen in love with since Stephanie Plum!” – Stephanie Swindell, bookstore owner

“The characters are completely engaging, and the story catapults us into action, adventure and mystery. Hold on to your hats!” – Hanna Dettman, voice actor

“Corrupt island police and a Mexican drug cartel make a fast-paced, fun read that will make you laugh, hold your breath, and maybe even say a little prayer for a character or two. I couldn’t put it down—great read!” – Sandy Weaver Carman, radio personality and author of The Original MBA—Succeed in Business Using Mom’s Best Advice

“Engaging storyline…taut suspense, with a touch of the jumbie adding a distinct flavor to the mix and the romance perfectly kept on the backburner while dealing with predatory psychopaths.” – MBR Bookwatch

Clever, funny, and a page-turner from the very beginning.” – Rebecca Weiss, attorney

I finished the third Annalise-Katie novel Finding Harmony and I must say that my heart is broken. The magic has come to an end except in my memory of all the wonderful characters, adventures, island culture, fantasy. Pamela Fagan Hutchins has created a wonderful world I plan to visit again soon. I love Katie and Annalise, and Pamela for bringing them to life, thank you.

Thank you for your kind words, Jay! They hold a special place in my heart too. They will be back when I do some ensemble books, and in 2017 and 2018 when I release the Ava books.
